The bad guy in this movie may just be the singular worst villain in comic book movie history. We learn literally nothing about him, why he does anything, why the fuck he just has an evil Spider-Man suit. Like he kills Madame Web's MadaMom in the woods, steals her spider, and does.... nothing for the next 20/30 years and somehow got rich because of it? It's almost impressive how little motivation he gets

Superman 3 was a 6/10 movie. It was a good change of pace from Lex Luthor 🆚 Superman script. It is still better than a lot of today’s movies. Now Superman 4, yeah had they stuck with the original script and budget it would have been better. That was a 4/10 movie. Even Supergirl was a good 6/10 movie. Superman 5 with Brandon Routh tried too hard to mirror Christopher Reeve, and a married Lois with a baby ???? Yikes 😳!!!! A multiverse to be forgotten for sure. That was a 2/10 with no originality whatsoever. They should have called up Lynda Carter and Helen Slater to help out with 4, but 3, yeah it was a good stand alone movie.

George Miller did actually make a pilot of a mad max tv show, called Mad Maxine. It was based on Max's sister and was to be played by Nicole Kidman and in world was a sequel to BMX bandits, Maxine was to roam the wasteland on her BMX but Turbo Kid stole the idea.

Am I the only one who thinks that the first 2 movies in this trilogy, their names should have been flipped? This one should have been called rise, and the first one with James Franco should have been called dawn? Does nobody else think that? It's always felt weird to me.

C'mon guys, Tom's War of the Worlds sucked. It's like the camera was utterly determined to stay as far away as possible from anything interesting. The other 2005 WotW was better. The 50s movie with the swan like floaters was better. Hell even the 1970s MUSICAL version was better. Oh who am I kidding. The musical version is the best. Easily.
